The Transfer with Lunch offer at the exclusive Hard Rock Cafe Rome leaves at 09:30/40 or 10:15/30, depending on your choice, from the port of Civitavecchia. Please note that our timetables may vary in accordance with the arrival and departure times of cruise ships, so please contact us if your timetable is not in accordance with your ship!

After a little over an hour’s journey, the bus stops near the US Embassy in the Ludovisi area. During the journey to Rome, there will be an assistant on board our buses who will give you advice on how best to visit Rome during your free time. The multilingual assistant on board the bus will also provide you with maps of Rome on which the main points of interest will be highlighted: you can ask him/her how to reach and visit them!

Once in Rome, you will be able to reach the historic location of the world-famous Hard Rock Cafe Rome founded in December 1998: in the middle of the historic Via Veneto, the heart of the famous Dolce Vita, you will have the opportunity to savour some of the tastiest menus in Rome and live a unique experience in one of the best museum restaurants in the world.

The location is, in fact, a real gem: framed by finely painted ceilings and Corinthian-style columns, it is home to original music memorabilia that has been owned by the most famous rock stars. In short, a true rock museum just a few steps away from the Trevi Fountain!

Also present in the historic location is a souvenir shop where you can buy original gifts, but above all good Rock music that will accompany your culinary journey to discover American delicacies.

At the end of this incredible gastronomic experience, you will have some free time at your disposal to visit the most famous places in Rome: just a 10-minute walk will take you to another unmissable Dolce Vita site, the marvellous Trevi Fountain in the heart of the capital!

At the end of this unforgettable day, you will find the bus back to the Palace of Justice, in Piazza dei Tribunali, waiting for you at 16:00/16:30, depending on your ship’s departure time.

To reach our Civitatours bus stop at the port of Civitavecchia you can take the free shuttle buses available in front of the ship.
The free shuttle buses end at the only stop in Largo della Pace, where our staff will be waiting for you with the booking list at 09:15. You will recognise them easily because they are waiting for you with signs saying Civitatours.
